I understand the importance of feeling confident in your preparation for the US Bar Exam. That’s why I offer a refund policy designed to provide peace of mind. 

If you purchase my MBE+MEE all subject package study notes and do not pass the exam(*), simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your results, and I will offer you a refund. But that’s not all! If you prefer, I can also provide you with a free updated version of my study notes for your next attempt. 

(*)Please review the following conditions on the refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility: The refund policy only applies to the purchase of the MBE+MEE all subject package study notes at the regular price through my website. It does not apply to any other study notes or purchase via another channel.

2. Refund Amount: In the event that you fail the US Bar Exam after purchasing the MBE+MEE all subject package study notes, I offer a refund of 90% of the price you paid. This is because I have to cover for processing fees charged by the payment gateway.

3. Refund Currency: All refunds will be processed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Regardless of the currency in which you made the initial payment, the refund amount will be based on the equivalent value in HKD as listed on the date of your purchase.

4. Timeframe: To be eligible for a refund, you must sit for the Bar Exam within 1 year of purchasing our study notes and attend all available sittings of the Bar Exam offered by the Bar Examiners during that 1-year period. For example, if you purchase our study notes in June of this year, you should take both the Bar Exam in the July session of the current year and the February session of the following year to be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Application: If you wish to apply for a refund, you must adhere to the following requirements:

   • Within 30 calendar days of receiving your fail results, send an email to leo@flashbarprep.com.
   • Include the following documents and information in your email:
     • A copy of the failure test report, with the candidate’s name matching the name of the individual who placed the order on our website.
     • Provide either a Hong Kong bank account number or a Paypal account number to facilitate the refund process.

6. Verification: By applying for a refund, you consent to us conducting necessary checks with third parties, including the examiners, to verify the failure result.

7. Free Updated Version: If, for any reason, you do not meet the conditions outlined above to be eligible for a refund, we are still committed to supporting your bar exam journey. We will offer you a free updated version of the study notes for your next bar exam attempt.
